Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, followed by another email once your order has been dispatched — this also serves as confirmation of order acceptance.

Please note that dispatch of items in your order may occur at different times, depending on product availability.

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners. They will make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach the provided address or find a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to arrange an alternative.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping charges will apply as per the order value.
